Therapy Resources

Below is a list of podcast episodes and books that I have found to be impactful and helpful.

Sometimes people feel stuck or feel unsure what to talk about in therapy or how to organize their thoughts. Exploring some of the episodes below and monitoring your reaction to them is a great place to start.

A big part of therapy is developing the language to be able to understand and identify what you are feeling and experiencing. Making sense of our experiences makes them more manageable. Podcast episodes and books are a great way to learn new language to help make sense of your experiences.

Trust your intuition about which episodes interest you or speak to you and what you’re working through at this point in time. Notice your reaction as you listen with curiosity.
