What is your session fee/ what do you charge?

Do you offer sliding scale?

Yes, I offer a number of sliding scale fee slots to individuals committed to therapy. Please reach out to me to discuss a workable reduced rate. If we cannot figure out something that works for the both of us I will help connect you to other options

Do you take Insurance?

I do not currently accept any insurance, however your insurance may still reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. I am happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company at your request. Please note it is up to your insurance provider whether they will reimburse you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full session fee.

Where is your office located/ where do sessions take place?

I am only offering virtual counseling sessions at this time. I may begin offering sessions in person in Portland OR in the near future- let me know if this is something you are interested in.
